Over the years, Advanced Molding Solutions has developed customized solutions for customers with unique challenges.

Eagle Games – The challenge of producing the most intricate game pieces at competitive prices, in a tight deadline, was brought to AMS in 1999.  Manufacturing the tooling was in itself a huge challenge.  The images were first designed in clay, reverse casted to make a prototype mold, then reverse casted again into a steel injection molding tool.  Once the tools were made, the complexity of the molds caused processing problems due to sticking in the detail lines of the characters.  AMS worked day and night to develop a material blend that allowed for consistent production and met the customer’s timeline.  The result was an advanced gaming product that won multiple awards.
