1. Is AMS ISO
certified?
Yes.
We have been certified to the ISO9001:2000 standard since
2004 - see AMS/Quality Certification section on main page.
2. What is AMS’s
production capacity?
Normal working hours are 24 hours per day, 5
days per week. If
production requirements necessitate weekend work, we do that as
well. We always
support the customer.
3. How can AMS always be
so aggressively priced?
AMS maximizes its resources to create
competitive advantages over other molders.
Without giving away any secrets, you could say we live
the term “Best Business Practices”.

Does AMS work with take-over tooling?
Absolutely! AMS
has received several 20+ tool packages and gotten them up and
running within needed production lead times.
We will do the same for you.
5. How fast can AMS
turn around a part / tooling quote?
Part production pricing can be generated in 1
day. Tooling quotes
(US and Overseas) can generally be completed in 3-5 days.

Can AMS provide sample runs and production quantities?
Yes. We provide
samples for all tooling we have built and can sample your
existing tooling as well.
Production quantities are what we specialize in.
We shipped more than 54,000,000 parts in 2007 alone.

How many tool shop relationships does AMS have?
AMS has working relationships with 4-6 tool shops (domestic
and overseas) at any given time.
Some tool shops are better equipped to work on certain
types of tooling than others.
We have learned to take advantage of the strengths each
tool shop has.

Does AMS work with colors and clear materials?
Yes to both.
9. Does AMS provide
PPAP or Customer Specified Quality System documentation and
testing?
Yes.
We will supply all documentation and testing necessary to
validate production.
